    In order to prove to the the State of North Carolina that you are eligible to be claim unemployment benefits, you will have to fill out some paperwork, follow our step by step guide and you should have no problems. Make sure you have completed the following jobs prior to filing at the the NC unemployment office


    1. You must have worked and received payment during at least two calendar quarters of the current base period;
    2. You must have worked and earned wages in North Carolina to earn NC Unemployment Benefits
